Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.If applicable, shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as destination and shipping class, and the final amount will be displayed to you before completing your order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for domestic orders and not offered, because delivery is within Lebanon only, unless otherwise stated.Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Aramex.Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees.Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
